A mansard roof extension to an existing Victorian terraced house in North London, providing a new master bedroom level to the house, a contemporary sanctuary above the busy family house below.

Featured in Don't Move, Improve! 2021

A Douglas fir & black Valchromat-clad staircase and walls lead to the new top level, with the landing cleverly concealing a built-in desk to create a home working station, a valuable asset during the pandemic that was unforeseen at planning stage. The bedroom and ensuite contain bespoke items and colour pops to meet the client brief & budget.
