Modern brick extension and internal re-model to a traditional Edwardian House in Wimbledon, South West London.

A modern spin on the traditional language of the Edwardian house in Wimbledon is paired with a limited material palette and stripped-back detailing. Pale stock and warm red bricks reference the colours and detailing of the existing property.

The internal layout has been re-configured to bring the kitchen into the heart of the home and a large skylight draws light deeper into the property. The utility room re-located centrally, opening up the back of the house to light and garden views. The floor has been lowered to create a closer relationship to the outdoors and allow for exceptionally high ceilings.
