90 Leverton Street had formally been a women’s refuge. Purchased by the clients at auction it was to be altered to create duplex flats for two siblings. Their vision was to allow for independent living whilst encouraging family life. Each has its entrance, with shared space on the ground floor. Each dwelling has its identity through colour and materials. The project restores the ornamentation of the original facades and celebrates it through the use of colour.
