The project is a collaboration between Peabody and Berkeley Homes, to develop a site in Plumstead, as part of the wider Thamesmead regeneration works.

The project is a collaboration between Peabody and Berkeley Homes to develop a site in Plumstead as part of wider Thamesmead regeneration works. It will deliver 1913 new homes, create a new community and exciting public realm. The landscape proposal focuses on a network of green infrastructure, creating a range of beautiful, flexible open spaces supporting active lifestyles and community cohesion. The proposals enhance the existing site conditions, creating a scheme that is unique to the area.

This project is featured alongside our Public London: Activating the City insight study. The publication, exhibition and online project directory explore what constitutes a successful and democratic public realm today, the role of co‑creation and partnerships, and how we can ensure that places are fit‑for‑purpose in the long term.
