Meridian Water Station, opened in June 2019, is a vital new piece of infrastructure that is unlocking one of London’s largest brownfield regeneration sites, Meridian Water.

Working with Network Rail as part of the West Anglia Main Line upgrade, Enfield Council led on the relocation of the poorly used, inaccessible Angel Road Station to the heart of the regeneration site. Designed by Karakusevic Carson Architects, the new station is designed to meet the needs of existing Edmonton residents, as well as provide the infrastructure to support the new community that will grow up around it.
