This project will see the redevelopment of Newson’s Yard on Pimlico Road, SW1. The proposal will provide high quality retail on ground floor and nine residential units on upper floors.

This project will retain the character of Newson’s ‘timber’ Yard whilst reconfiguring the internal ‘double height’ space to provide high quality retail on ground floor and mezzanine level and nine residential units on upper floors.

The existing builder’s yard is to be renovated and will incorporate a public route through the site. It will be reimagined as a world class retail space aimed at creating a new hub for the design world within the Pimlico Road Design District. The area is home to some of the most notable names in interior and product design.
