The Old Fire Station Building, located within the Staines Conservation Area, has been closed off for years, leading to unsocial behaviours. It is proposed to be repurposed into a one-bedroom dwelling, with four additional residential dwellings. The project aims to provide a long-term viable use for the site and improve public open spaces, Memorial Gardens, and the River Thames links.
