NEW LONDON AGENDA

NEW LONDON AGENDA

Olive Morris Court (OMC) is a ground-breaking 32 SoloHaus modular home development jointly established by Haringey Council and The Hill Group. OMC is the first scheme completed in the Mayor’s Rough Sleeping Accommodation Programme.

Opened by Tom Copley, London's Deputy Mayor for Housing, in October 2021, OMC turns a South Tottenham brownfield site into a landscaped community of 32 highly energy-efficient new homes and an onsite service support hub for residents. OMC is part of Haringey Council’s plan to build over 3,000 new council homes by 2031. OMC provides secure housing and personally-tailored support for its residents who have a recent history of homelessness, helping them return to independent living.

OMC is already changing lives:

One new resident expressed her gratitude through tears of joy. Because for everyone at OMC, it’s the first time in 10 years they’ve had their own front door and a home to call their own.

Vote for this project in the ‘People’s Choice Award’. The voting deadline is 1 November 2022.
