Olympic Way ('Wembley Way') is the main approach to Wembley Stadium and The SSE Arena. This processional route has undergone a major transformation by Quintain in recent years, creating a fitting entrance to a neighbourhood now visited by 16.4m people per year. The monolithic 1970s pedway ramps that previously led fans to Wembley Stadium, dividing Wembley Park at its heart have been replaced by the Olympic Steps, liberating 12,150 sqm of public space in the process, improving connectivity across site and reinforcing the renewal of a 365-day estate that is no longer limited to big event days.
