Peckham Place is a residential-led, mixed-use development that has regenerated the brownfield site at Queens Road, Peckham with a strong emphasis on new green spaces and pedestrianised living streets for all to enjoy. They have been designed as people-friendly streets with residents’ front doors and gardens opening into the space encouraging neighbourliness. Peckham Place has delivered over 300 new homes, over 75% affordable homes in social rent and shared ownership tenures, providing homes for everyone with a variety of green spaces, accessible to all residents to foster a sense of community.
