Pennybank Chambers, was originally built in 1879, Emrys have refurbished the facade and the internals to enhance office spaces. A new curved zinc clad extension at the roof level expands provision.

Pennybank Chambers, was originally built in 1879 by the National Penny Bank.  Its historic uses include artist's dwellings and clockmakers, which inspired Emrys’ design. Brickwork, reveals and pedimented stucco work at parapet level has been restored, sandblasted and repaired – with new paint for the street frontage.

1340 sq.m of high-quality office floor space is now available following the extension and renovations. Internal qualities are heightened, the experience of the working environment. Solid masonry previously hidden, have been exposed and celebrated.
