Porters Edge is a new mixed-use urban block housing a 100,000 sq ft Decathlon sports store alongside 234 new build to rent flats on a prime site overlooking Canada Water Dock.

It re-invents the big-box retail model for a dense town-center setting. Porters Edge could have a revolutionary impact on town centres and cities, providing a blueprint for the high street and for the creation of truly mixed and animated town centres.
