Shortlisted in the MASTERPLANS AND AREA STRATEGIES category

A design-led masterplan and delivery strategy for the Purley Way area of Croydon. The strategy focuses on unlocking opportunities for 7,500 new homes, over 100,000sqm of industrial floorspace and corresponding enhancement of transport links, public realm, and social and cultural infrastructure. The masterplan coordinates these strands to propose four new centres that benefit both existing and new communities within the area. The masterplan will guide sustainable and deliverable development that builds on the unique heritage and industrial character of this overlooked place.
