The Republic Masterplan rebrands the walled off East India Docks; including the Import & Export Buildings and adjoining Public Realm to create a new destination and identity for the area.

Originally built in 1990, the redevelopment of the Republic Masterplan offices includes three phases: the award-winning Import Building; the Export Building; and adjoining public realm. The central public realm between the two buildings acts as the final piece to embed the development within the existing urban grain, which injects a sense of place and destination to the area.
Ground floor units seamlessly connect to the exterior public realm and atrium to create free flowing spaces; acting as an amenity and extension to the interior units and creating a strong shared campus feel throughout.
