The light-filled rear kitchen room uses complex and crisp detailing to maximise the compact plan. Generous roof lights are lined flush oak reveals carefully coordinated with the kitchen joinery below.

A deep retrofit and extension project, including garden design and garden room in Clapham, South London. Simple forms are expressed with clean lines and materiality.

The project included a complete overhaul of the existing house and garden. The ground floor outrigger was re-modelled with a new wrap-around side and rear extension to create a light-filled kitchen and dining space. Large-format porcelain tiles lead to a small flush patio and levelled garden oasis.
