The site is sandwiched between Commercial Rd and Limehouse Canal. It comprises four parcels of land, Corner, West, Centre and East. The Centre has a Grade II industrial building that is on the At-Risk register and which will be converted into offices. The East building will be demolished and replaced with a new co-living/working building as will the empty West site. The Corner sites will have a new retail/residential building. Each site’s architectural language will be different to create architectural rhythm and visual variety so it reflects the prevalent eclectic nature of the streetscape.
