Signal Park

Built

Child-friendly neighborhood project focused on sustainable living environment through a community hub, safe play areas, and a pedestrian-led design promoting nature and social interaction.

A key feature of Tolworth Village is Signal Park, a space that creates a new community heart for the neighbourhood. This character area combines urban living with a high-quality and useable landscape setting which establishes a safe, vibrant, and creative setting for the community. Creating an accessible, linked, mixed-use area with a variety of cultural, retail and recreational offers has enhanced the space and created a sought-after destination in Tolworth.

This project is featured alongside our Public London: Activating the City insight study. The publication, exhibition and online project directory explore what constitutes a successful and democratic public realm today, the role of co‑creation and partnerships, and how we can ensure that places are fit‑for‑purpose in the long term.
