Resilient London: confronting climate change

The South Molton Triangle is a new redevelopment proposal by Grosvenor Britain
and Ireland to transform a prime, but underutilised, Mayfair area into a high-end
retail, office and leisure community provide approximately 150,000 sq ft of prime
office space combined with 58,000 sq ft of new shops, restaurants and cafes.
The scheme centres around the adaptive re-use of existing listed buildings. The
site covers two acres within the Mayfair Conservation Area and is part of the
Grosvenor Estate.
