FORE Partnership is transforming the existing 1990s office building through a deep refurbishment into one of the UK’s most sustainable and healthy workspaces, designed by Stiff + Trevillion. FORE is targeting BREEAM Outstanding, EPC A and WELL Platinum for the building, which will be 100% electric and zero carbon in operation.
