Winner in the PLANNING category 
The project will revitalise the area, encourage enterprise, and re-establish Bermondsey as a thriving economic hub. There will be 1,548 rental homes (35% affordable), a 600-place secondary school and c.14,000 sqm of flexible employment space, reimagining a former Factory site, closed for around 30 years, as a mixed-use hub. There will be three acres of public and play space, 141 new trees and no private cars on site. It will be built stretching net zero carbon, zero waste and biodiversity goals.
