The Brentford Project is a major west London waterfront development. A lengthy planning and CPO process left the community needing reassurance the regeneration project would be delivered. To reengage locals and share the vision, Ballymore implemented an innovative meanwhile strategy, activating derelict disused warehouses on the river to create a 4,000 sq ft meanwhile event/exhibition space, information centre, new blue road, café (Rye by the Water), and classic car dealership.
