NEW LONDON AWARDS 2020

Shortlisted in the PLANNING category
Our masterplan for the 3.2ha site aspires to create a cohesive family of buildings which will form a coherent and harmonious addition to the existing neighbourhood. The development will forge new links with Shoreditch Park to the south and the Colville Estate to the north, providing better community facilities and high-quality public realm.
The project proposes to redevelop the Britannia Leisure Centre site to create 481 new homes, of which 81 are affordable, a new secondary school for 900 students with 200 student sixth-form, and to re-provide a leisure centre with new and improved facilities
