The reimagination of this traditional Victorian terrace has delivered a bright and flexible family home.

By extending into the basement, side, rear and roof it was possible to redesign the historic circulation. Rather than stacking uses on separate floors, the functions are imagined with greater flexibility. Design details such as split level floors, multi-function circulation areas and clear sightlines have transformed the interior. The house was punctured as much as possible, with windows, skylights and glass allowing light to penetrate throughout the building, bringing natural daylight.
