The building provides an uplifting space where students and staff can study but also connect in many ways and thereby learn from one another and others’ disciplines. All of this in an inspiring, yet also informal, environment. Giving students the opportunity to benefit from being on campus was fundamental to the brief, and particularly important given our significant population of commuter students.
