 Winner in the MIXING category 
The scheme provides 63 units of tenure blind housing for London Square with 35 per cent of the scheme affordable housing for Peabody. Toynbee Hall were the client for project, which included the 1,200 sqm commercial building and a bespoke fitout for their Advice and Wellbeing Centres, which has given the charity greater presence on the street and to the local community.  The new buildings have created a sustainable future for an important east London charity whilst enhancing the setting of the Grade II listed Toynbee Hall and bringing significant improvements to the public realm in Spitalfields.
