NEW LONDON AWARDS 2020

Winner in the HOUSING category
The design, delivering nineneen dual aspect residential units on a very constrained site, replaces a car park to create a legible piece of urban fabric with a square and a mews in this highly accessible town centre location. The proposal provides a mix of residential units as well as commercial space. The residential mix includes eight one bedroom, eight two bedroom and three large four bedroom family units which maximize opportunities for ground floor amenity space. The landscaping establishes a turning head for utility access with adjacent refuse store and space for 55 secure cycle spaces.
