At Wilton Way the kitchen sits at the heart of everything. For the client's young family this was key to connecting the new extension with the garden, crafting generous spaces to play, work and rest.

Featured in Don't Move, Improve! 2021

The proposal re-centres our client’s family home around a new contemporary kitchen and living space, strengthening the connectivity through the ground floor to the deep rear garden.

This idea resonated with our clients and created a considered yet subtle design intervention to rationalise the internal configuration of existing and new spaces; opening up space in the communal areas, adding a kitchen extension and introducing natural light throughout the house using a series of skylights.
