This typical Victorian terraced house was under loved and overdeveloped. A UPVC door led straight into a purple ballroom where sticky vinyl continued through to a series of bolt on extensions, internalising space after space. The approach was less had to be more. The extensions were removed, and the original back wall reinstated while the internal spaces were reimagined and reconfigured to allow light to flood deep into the plan. An office at the heart of the home became a pivot for multiple activities to happen simultaneously promoting inclusion, collaboration and connection.
