Worship Square is a 139,000 square foot net zero carbon workspace located on a vibrant public space centrally located within the thriving tech and creative neighbourhood of Shoreditch and on the edge of the City.

Acquired by HB Reavis during the first national COVID lockdown in March 2020, the scheme was redesigned around four key pillars: people, planet, performance and community. Each of Worship Square’s attributes feeds and amplifies the others. This is not so much a building as a living system.

Technology enables bespoke five-star services and also helps the building to cut its carbon emissions and operate more sustainably.

This planet-friendly space is years ahead of its time, providing an environment for biodiversity, biophilia and people to thrive in harmony.

Offering the flexibility to use on-demand collaborative spaces and a programme of diverse events nurtures community. Feeling like we belong in a community boosts our wellbeing, and being healthy and well helps people to work at their best.

The project is a new building consisting of ground plus eight storeys of best-in-class office space with two levels below ground.

Setbacks provide expansive private terraces for levels 6 to 8, leased by Frontier Economics, while a communal roof terrace atop the building provides important outdoor space for all.

Wise occupy levels 1 to 5 as their London HQ and benefit from a prime view over the Green Heart of the double height reception. Here, hundreds of NASA-approved plants purify the air, removing any harmful toxins and helping everyone breathe easy as they arrive.

Worship Square uniquely provides over 15,000 square feet of affordable workspace operated by HB Reavis’ co-work brand HubHub, opening the building to businesses of all shapes and sizes, from sole traders to a 1,000-person business, Worship Square works for all.
