NEW LONDON AWARDS 2020

Highly commended in the CONSERVING category and the WORKING category
York House has been refurbished with a welcoming ground floor entrance comprised of a substantial five storey extension, constructed using an innovative angled, lattice brickwork creating a striking decorative effect with the intention of transforming the existing facade into a luminous and welcoming beacon. A new roof extension completes the formerly truncated building using CLT and perforated folded aluminium to reflect the language of the castellated facade.
