Zodiac retrofits a neglected 1960s office complex in West Croydon into 73 thoughtfully designed homes for Temporary Accommodation, with a new green common and recycled timber community pavilion.

Zodiac retains and works with the existing concrete structure to meet ambitious environmental and local goals, creating 78 new homes, a community-owned common, retail and a repurposed pavilion cafe.
