New London Architecture

Related Argent

Related Argent is a 125-person company delivering some of London’s most ambitious regeneration projects.

From Brent Cross Town and Tottenham Hale to King’s Cross and Old Street Quarter, we operate across the full lifecycle of development — from master-planning and planning through to delivery, operation and long-term stewardship.

What differentiates Related Argent is not simply the scale of the projects we deliver, but the collaborative way our team works: as a long-term developer, owner and operator committed to creating places that are equitable, sustainable and prosperous for London.

Our 21 million sq ft portfolio demonstrates the scale, leadership and delivery capability of the team: from the 180-acre Brent Cross Town, where we are delivering 6,700 homes, 3 million sq ft of workspace, a new high street and 50 acres of parks and playing fields, to major stand-alone projects including ‘Platform 37’, Google’s new 1m sq ft headquarters, the redevelopment of St Pancras Hospital and Author King’s Cross, our first operational BTR asset. In Tottenham Hale, we are delivering more than 450 rental homes as part of our ambition to create 3,000 build-to-rent homes by the end of the decade — a clear reflection of our long-term commitment to shaping London’s future. Over the past year alone, the team has continued to deliver with resilience and ambition in exceptionally challenging market conditions.

Over the past year alone, the team has continued to deliver with resilience and ambition despite exceptionally challenging market conditions. This is reflected most clearly at Brent Cross Town, where £1.1bn has already been invested and a further £900m committed. We have started on site with nine new buildings at and also expanded our pipeline through a new partnership with Derwent London, which will bring forward a major mixed-use scheme in Old Street.

At Tottenham Hale, we will deliver 484 new homes this year, completing a regeneration programme that has already delivered more than 1,000 homes, a new health centre, improved public realm and a revitalised retail offer. Together, these have transformed the town centre for the community.

This project reflects our commitment to long-term regeneration. Since breaking ground in Q1 2020, it has culminated in a six-year programme shaped by ambition, collaboration and a clear vision for Tottenham Hale’s future.

Our approach is closely aligned with the New London Agenda: taking responsibility for the long-term success of places, providing clarity through transparent partnerships and communication, and building trust through collaboration, reliability and delivery.

Although we are a relatively small team, we are ambitious about creating new neighbourhoods that stand the test of time
