Graham Hughes

Graham is the Executive Director of Economy, Transport and Environment at Cambridgeshire County Council.  He has responsibility for the Council’s place based services including highways, planning, street lighting, waste and major infrastructure delivery as well as adult skills, libraries, economic development and regeneration. Graham is a Chartered Planner and a Chartered Transport Planner and has over twenty years’ experience in the public and private sectors, and has worked at Cambridgeshire County Council for the last twelve.  In his time with the Council, he has led a range of innovative projects including delivery of the Cambridgeshire Guided Busway, the longest Busway in the UK.
