At the heart of the programme is Opportunity London — a key initiative developed in partnership with the Mayor of London, London Councils, London & Partners, and the City of London. It showcases London’s prime sites for investment, growth, and renewal, highlighting the pivotal role of boroughs in driving economic development. This work informs the wider programme, which focuses on public-private partnerships, maximising the value of public sector land, and exploring how boroughs and the development industry can collaborate most effectively to deliver long-term growth and regeneration.
