Jude Kelly is founder and director of WOW Women of the World, from she was artistic director at the South Bank Centre from 2006 to 2018 and before that was first artistic director of the Battersea Arts Centre which has just won the Exeperiencing Culture Award in the NLA 2020 Annual Awards. She talks to Peter Murray about the impact of COVID on culture in London.
