NLA Soapbox Talks - Walking in London

Thursday 10 March 2016

Industry experts take to the Streets Ahead ‘soapbox' to shout about the key issues facing London’s roads. This Soapbox looks at Walking in London. See the full event series here.

This series of four free ’soapbox’ talks forms part of the Streets Ahead event series, coinciding with the major exhibition. Taking place in the NLA galleries during the exhibition, the soapbox talks look at what new river crossings we need; the future of London’s cycling routes and how we can learn from other cities; why pedestrian movement should be a priority for the new mayor; and offer opportunity to hear from those who design and shape the streets around us! Come and quiz the experts!

This event took place on Friday 19 February 2016.
