Designed by architects Herzog & de Meuron, One Park Drive, with its circular, geometric form is a globally significant piece of architecture for London. Comprising 484 apartments over 58 storeys, the building provides the very best of urban waterside living in the heart of Wood Wharf, Canary Wharf’s new mixed-use residential neighbourhood.
Its circular, geometric form has been created by the stacking, rotation and mirroring of individual floor plates. Combining three architectural typologies (Bay, Cluster and Loft) the building creates a unique façade that presents a unified sculptural form.
Each apartment has its own sheltered terrace, naturally formed between the apartments’ enclosing walls and the outer edges of each floor plate, connecting residents to the incredible panoramic views of London’s skyline. Internally, interiors have been designed by Goddard Littlefair and Bowler James Brindley.
The building offers state-of-the-art amenities designed by GA Design, including a sophisticated entrance lobby with 24-hour concierge, 18- seat cinema room with private bar area, library and lounge on the ground floor.
On the first floor is the residents-only health club, managed by Educated Body. Framed by floor-to-ceiling glazing, the space includes a fully equipped gymnasium suite and studio space, 20-metre swimming pool, sauna and steam room, with a poolside seating area that opens onto a wrap-around terrace overlooking the water.
