Alla Elmahadi is an Architect at Buckley Gray Yeoman, with experience on projects across the UK, USA, and the Middle East. Her work spans commercial refurbishment, adaptive reuse, and urban regeneration, with a focus on sustainable and culturally responsive design.

In 2023, she joined the NLA Innovation Districts Panel as a Next Gen expert, helping to shape bold ideas and initiatives for the New London Agenda. She also serves on the Next Gen Board at Article 25, supporting the More Than a Building initiative - a global platform fostering collaboration and engaging the next generation of built environment professionals. In 2024, Alla was named the BCO NextGen Rising Star for London and the South East.
