The site was previously a derelict car park. We refurbished buildings for new uses, and transformed the car park into a new courtyard, connected to the local streets with a network of new passageways.

By rationalising the building to give a stack of clear office floorplates, which revealed the original character of the townhouse’s offices and the industrial spaces of the neighbouring warehouse.
