Andrew O’Donnell
Andrew joined AHMM in 2006 bringing with him a wide range of experience in housing, education, arts, urban design and stadia. Since then he has led and contributed to a number of completed landmark schemes, including a mixed use development in King’s Cross, Chobham Academy and the Residential Masterplan in Stratford’s East Village, Dagenham Park School and the Knauf Headquarters Building in Sittingbourne, Kent. His more recent projects include The Library at Willesden Green, three housing schemes within the Elephant Park masterplan in Elephant and Castle, a residential-led development at Bream Street near the Olympic Park in east London, and the redevelopment of the Grade II listed Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel to create a new town hall for Tower Hamlets. Andrew was promoted to Associate Director in 2014 and Director in 2021.
