Anna Sinnott is a Director of Planning Consultancy at Be First, the urban regeneration vehicle for the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham. She previously worked within the Urbanism Studio at BDP, and has experience in both planning consultancy and masterplanning. Be First is now the largest council-house building agency in London, delivering 20% of all the council homes currently being constructed in London. Anna leads the Planning Consultancy team a Be First which sits within this wider regeneration vehicle and is imbedded in multidisciplinary teams with colleagues from the development, design, engagement and construction. The team’s primary focus is socially inclusive regeneration, the delivery of affordable housing, and delivery of high-quality job opportunities for the residents of Barking and Dagenham.
