Ben is a Planning Director within the Development Group of GL Hearn.  His primary focus is retail and town centre development and investment.  Historically Ben has advised a number of local planning authorities on such matters, but now his focus is on developer and investor clients’ needs.  He works across the UK on large scale projects in high street, shopping centre and retail park environments.  In recent years he has driven the business’ primary research which has been widely recognised amongst the planning industry.
