As Director in Turley’s London Planning team, Catriona has over ten years’ experience within private consultancy providing strategic advice for a range clients and projects in various sectors. She has a strong track record of delivering on large scale residential-led mixed-use developments within London, including advising on co-location of uses on industrial land. Catriona’s experience also covers a range of schemes within the alternative residential sector, including high density student accommodation, co-living and HMO / hostel properties.
