Charlotte is a chartered town planner with 10 years experience, starting her career in central London consultancies before moving client side to inhouse developer teams.

Charlotte’s current role as a Senior Planning Manager at Regal, one of London’s leading residential-led mixed-use developers, has been to lead on the recently submitted planning application at 100 Chalk Farm Road for high quality student accommodation, affordable homes and new public realm spaces adjacent to the iconic Grade II* listed Roundhouse event venue.
