NextGen Speed Mentoring

Networking

Tuesday 25 March 2025
18:15 - 20:15

Free

NLA speed mentoring evenings provide a valuable opportunity to meet with cross sector senior professionals for career advice that supports your progression.
Sessions take place in small groups and there are prompt questions to get things started, but you can ask any career related question you will find useful about projects, challenges you’re currently facing or your career progression.

You will have 15-minutes with the first set of mentors and then will move around the room four times, spending 15-minutes with each.

This event forms a key part of the NLA NextGen programme, dedicated to supporting the next generation progress in their career and promoting emerging talent from across the built environment. Through structured mentoring sessions, you will have the opportunity to discuss your career development and get advice from mentors with diverse roles and perspectives.

There is networking before and after the event to meet with mentors informally and carry on the discussion.
