Colin is a planner and urban designer with 34 years’ experience of working in London. Since 2017 he has been the Assistant Director of Strategic Development and Old Kent Road Regeneration for the London Borough of Southwark. He is responsible for major developments within the borough, including within the Canada Water, Elephant and Castle, Borough and Bankside and Old Kent Road Opportunity Areas and leads on the Old Kent Road regeneration master plan.  

     

Colin was initially seconded to LB Southwark from the GLA where he was responsible for the Mayors Opportunity Area Planning Frameworks, including those for Vauxhall Nine Elms, White City, Croydon, and the Royal Docks and for strategic planning applications.
