David leads Camden's Economy, Regeneration and Investment division and joined in November 2020. He leads Camden's approach to HS2 and the Euston area masterplan, planning and regeneration services, and the Inclusive Economy service - the team responsible for jobs, skills, enterprise and business in Camden, including the Knowledge Quarter innovation district.

Prior to Camden, David has worked in a variety of development, asset management and regeneration roles, including most recently at London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham where he led the development programme and complex mixed use regeneration projects.
