A former Chairman of international consultancy DEGW and recently with Barclays Corporate Real Estate, Despina has 30 years’ experience working with international organisations at board level, guiding them on how to use their workplace to affect behaviour and culture to support innovation and business performance.

She has an outstanding track record advising developers, funds and their design teams on how to differentiate and future proof award winning schemes globally and regularly lectures and writes on future trends and their impact on the built environment. In March 2015 Despina co- authored the report ‘ Future Workstyles and Future Workplaces in the City of London’ for the City of London Corporation and the CPA.

Despina is an industry leader with an international reputation for thought leadership and innovation on the impact of the built environment on people and business performance. She is an independent adviser to corporate occupiers, real estate developers and investors. She regularly lectures and writes on future trends and their impact on the built environment and serves on the advisory board of Delos™, the pioneer of Wellness Real Estate™.
