Elena is a senior development manager at AtkinsRéalis, with a decade of experience on multidisciplinary projects within the private, public and local government sectors. She is a chartered architect, and proficient in preparation and review of information across all RIBA stages at varied scales. She has a broad range of experience across multiple sectors: commercial real estate, workplace, residential including MMC, as well as life sciences and healthcare. Diverse, multidisciplinary teams are vital, in her opinion, for successful projects, and her background brings together the transformative power of good design and the understanding of the elements that drive development decision-making.
