Emma Carter
Emma Carter is an Associate at Bell Phillips with over a decade of professional experience. She leads projects for local authorities and private developers and her diverse portfolio includes award-winning housing schemes, innovative workspace and holistic interiors, most recently overseeing a major new office development for British Land in Canada Water. 
 
She is passionate about diversifying the industry. She is a member of the Part W Steering Group, campaigning for gender equity in the built environment, leads the Bell Phillips Social Value Group, co-ordinating the practice’s social value commitments, studio policies, work placements and internal mentoring programmes and is a WIA mentor.
